I've seen the sausage but since it's such a large pack I've been hesitant. The muffins are next on my list. Thanks for the ideas. About to make freezer meals using stuff we get from local pantries, etc so i have foods ready to go. My sister is having her wedding in 3 weeks, and i cannot afford to eat out when i go across country lines into Canada (from KY), so im doign stuff like this to prep now, ans pack a cooler, and drove on up to the wedding. So excited! And my husband said to do more like this for easy lunches for him too. Thanks for all that you do!

xanthan gum....you do not pronounce the X....you pronounce it like a Z...think xylophone It is pronounced zanthan gum :-) I love these type of vids. Will be making that white chili for sure.

Hi there Adeline, Dee from the land of the kiwi, New Zealand here. We seldom eat the skins of kiwi. The common way of eating Kiwis here is to cut them in half and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. The gold as you say are definitely sweeter than the green, and they are also less acidic than the green. The flesh is also smoother and not 'stringy' as the green sometimes is. I like the gold far more than the green. I love to watch your videos, i cant believe your youngest is going to be 7! Ive been with you since the youngest was like 2 or 3 😂❤ great video, going to give the muffins a go!

I use unsweetened applesauce in place of oil in muffins and they always turn out great! I have to eat gluten free, and still works well. Love your videos!😊❤
